MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete URTs and relevant trials to support products technical positioning and value creation.
Conduct VP demos one year before launch and one to three years after launch to complete technical transfer to our sales team, channel partners, farmers and local influencers for supporting successful launch and contribution for peak sales speed up
Take charge of local technical service and training
Grasp local crop phenology, farmer practice and competitors performance/feedback

WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor degree major in Agronomic related .
More than 5years related working experience
Good learning abilities and knowledge of crop protection.
Good presentation and communication skills.
