YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Realize high quality field testing of global and local EXP trials in terms of planning, trial layout, application, assessment, sampling, image record, data management & summary, While ensure trial result in high reliability and high quality and strict confidence;
2. Undertake and independently implement field trials in ATS, establish effective and efficient measures to increase trials number up to 20%-50% with less resource of helping and lower frequency of consult or details monitoring from senior positions;
3. Manage full indications trials (disease management, pest management, weeds management and SeedGrowth etc.);
4. Research and analyze compounds efficacy and safety performance by providing reliable field data, deliver comprehensive trials report via professional analysis rather than individual trial;
5. Input and manage data timely in SCOUT system, keep data updated in APAC and global loop;
6. Capture the technical values and key characters of compounds as one of most important parts for further decision on project development, provide objective and rational comparison with widely used standard and benchmark, grasping first-hand situation of Chinese agricultural practice;
7. Upgrade operation capability to overcome more comprehensive and complicated trials, including multiple complexity of factors on compounds, operation, environment and targets, even accumulated ones;
8. Deepen collaboration with marketing/marketing development/sales, upgrade support from joint participant to higher ratio on technical lead/advise.
WHO YOU ARE
1. Bachelor degree or above on major of plant protection/ Pesticide/ agricultural biology, 3-5 years working experience on field trials operation is must;
2. Practical and advanced technical skills in the trial layout &disease, pest, weed identification, evaluation & report preparation;
3. Good capacity in oral and writing expression (English &Chinese) for technical exchanges, presentations and technical activities;
4. Proficient & good knowledge in Microsoft office application.
