Market: West China – Sichuan Region – 1 Business Unit
Work Location: Sichuan
Job Title: General Manager
Report line N+1: West China Director

MAIN FOUNCTIONS:
The GM in the area is mainly in charg of the implementation of Roullier ”Business Model” in local market.

1. Responsible for fertilizer sales activities, market planning, and brand image building (We-chat, trials, farmer meeting..), mainly focus on special NPK product sales as well as other plant nutrition products;
2. Build-up marketing and sales strategy in Yunnan Province’s Business Unit, and be directly responsible for market’s P&L;
3. Evaluate market potentials, and determine monthly, seasonally and annual sales objectives, which should be reasonable, achievable and be challenging for team members;
4. Recruit and lead the local ASMs, supervise each area, to make sure the sales objectives could be achieved;
5. Monitor local sales channel development, visit distributors and maintain long-term relationships with clients;
6. According to market situation, issue sales incentive programs for different level’s customers;
7. Assist the West China Director to coach and train local ASM, and improve their leadership capability to better manage TSDs;


SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Minimum 5 years experience (3 years in mangement)
- Proven team management skills and trouble-shooting capacity
- Good analytical and numeracy skills
- Enthusiastic, optimistic, with high sense of responsibility
- Function effectively within a fast-paced environment, anti-stress
