岗位职责:
1.Set up medium to long term (1-3 years) sales and promotion plans for the district.制定大区中长期(3-5年)的销售和推广计划;
2.Set up the monthly, regional crop marketing plans according to the yearly sales target, and supervise constantly during the implementation.根据年度营业目标,制定月度、区域、作物营销计划,并在进行过程中实施监督;
3.Plan and carry out the sales and promotional activities within the approved budget, monitor the effectiveness of the activities .在核准的预算内,计划和执行销售、推广活动,监督活动的有效性;
4.Build up a qualified sales team, and manage.建设合格的销售队伍,进行日常管理;
5.Deal with various market feedback.处理各种市场反馈的问题;
任职要求:
Education教育程度:Sub-degree level or above, in relevant field of agronomy农学类相关专业,大专以上学历;
Specific Business Knowledge业务知识:Knowledge of the production, application, marketing and management of plant nutrition products植物营养产品生产、应用知识,营销管理知识;
Relevant Working Experiences相关工作经验:Three years or above experience in the industrial management, R&D, production and marketing of soil, plant nutrition, gardening and planting, and crop protection, etc.土壤、植物营养、园艺栽培、植物保护等行业管理、研发、生产、营销五年以上经验;
Others (e.g. Language, PC Knowledge)其它要求 (如,语言,电脑知识等):Knowledge in using modern communication tools. Attended training for management skills. Good knowledge of office systems such as computer and network systems. Frequent travelling required.现代通讯工具运用熟练,受过管理技能培训,熟练运用电脑、网络等办公系统,身体健康,能适应长时间出差;
