YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, Arrange and trace field trials: Be full responsible for the Summer corn and part of Rice’ URT and Demo trials of seed treatment; URT need work with Research Institutes and Demo trials need work with Seed company; Regularly conduct survey on these trials; Collect trial data and photos together with technician of seed company and KAM, including product performance, such as growth condition in seeding stage, efficacy on soil borne disease and pest, the determination/measurement of yield . recommend different recipes according to needs of the different seed company.
• Execute marketing activities: Together with Marketing team to finish marketing activities of seed treatment; Be responsible for arrange field trial: including design protocol, survey the product performance of field trials and explain field performance in on-site meetingsdisease in different region; Help KAMs finish sale target.
• Take on customer service to support KAMs: Except formal trials, according to needs of seed company and suggestions of KAMs arrange seed treatment Demo and in-door : including in-door trial of crop safety and product performance of different recipes in the fields.
• Take on new customer service work: Go to the seed company to provide technical services, such as going to the factory of seed company to train their workers how to mixture recipe and adjust the facility , professional and scientific methods of work.
• Collect information of market, including needs of seed company,sales volume of main variety, competitive variety , competitive seed treatment, development trend of variety in the coming 3-years.
• Submit the monthly report and trip report in time.

WHO YOU ARE
• Bachelor or above dgree majoring in aggreculture or relative fields.
• 3 years or above relative fields working experiences.
