Major Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Support RTM on content, proofing and approval of relevant promotional material (brochures, presentations, advertising) as per the Promotional Guideline.
• Together with the Regional Marketing Manager and Regional Technical Manager support optimization of technical product positioning and promotional campaigns in the region.
• Conduct User Reliability Trials and organize field tours to develop the technical confidence of Regional Sales Team to our products and solutions.
• Conduct technical training to BCS Sales staffs and partners as well as big farmers, and stewardship training to BCS Sales staffs.
• Train and support the Sales Representatives about the method in conducting demonstration trials for our products & solutions. (protocol, site selection, application, assessment and reporting).
• Support RTM on all trial sample management
• To assist Regional Technical Manager for product complains (efficacy or crop phytotoxicity) from growers and support a fair and amicable settlement.
• Provide technical feedback from region to Development Division and share the technical experience with the others.

Who You Are:
• Education: Degree in agriculture science
• Skill: Good technical knowledge, good analytical abilities and able to work well cross-functionally.
• Experience: At least 2 years experience in the agriculture business within the crop management industry.
• Personal characteristic: Highly motivated, good initiative, good communicator and have positive attitude.
