You Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for collection and updating of distributors' information required for selection of BKD. Agreed with Area Sales Manager on BKD selection and development requirements.
• Chairs and minutes the fortnightly end-cycle update meeting (ECU - meeting with distributors, relevant distributor's sales staff and SR) for reviewing recently implemented sales programs and preparation of coming sale programs with his/her area of operation to achieve the incumbent's sales objectives. Ensures all sales forecast agreed in these meetings are updated in the system.
• Support and coach SR under the incumbent charge to ensure good management and development of their subordinates for effective and efficient implementation of agreed actions in the ECU.
• Support and coach our BKDs to ensure good development of BCS distribution partners, in particular, selection and development of BKRs and BKDs' sales personnel, coordinated implementation of BCS sales program between the BKDs and SRs, BKDs' understanding and support of BCS's product stewardship policy.
• Provide feedback on implementation progress, sharing market information and exchange best practices on sales program implementation during regular fortnightly Area Sales Meeting meetings with the Area Sales Manager and other sales supervisors.
Qualifications:
• Education Degree in agriculture science or business management
• Skill Leadership, good sales and market knowledge, good analytical abilities and able to work well cross-functionally.
• Experience At least 1 year experience in the sales, marketing or technical development within the crop management industry.
• Personal characteristic Highly motivated, good initiative, good communicator and have positive attitude.
