Role & Job overview
This position is a Technical application manager position in South China. It requires understanding, experiences and expertise in agricultural technical assessment, products understanding, field tests implementation and technical training. It also requires good communication skills and presentation skill, good budget management skills and project management skills etc.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement trial, field test as well as other research activities including product diversification and localization application technology to obtain, refine or enhance understanding of the products.
•Provide technical training support and demo both in house and fields in product launching period to distributors and farmers.
•Provide internal product training and technical support to sales team in product positioning and application technology.
•Provide after-sales services to distributors and customers to help resolve technical issues and problems.

Required Experience
•More than 8 years' experience in technical service in agricultural industry.
•Competent knowledge of application technology and cultivation system in South China;
•Knowledge and experiences of product performance assessment techniques;
•Experience with field trial design, data collection, and analysis.
