关于职位:
• Report to area Manager, mainly responsible for sales in Guangxi area. 该职位汇报给四川区域经理,主要负责四川攀枝花地区的销售工作。

• Work under close supervision of Business Representative / Area Manager, implement retailer sales strategy and demand creation to influencing farmers or retailers for achieving sales targets. The job requests good relationship built with key retailers and big farmers. 在业务代表或小区经理的密切领导下工作,执行零售渠道销售策略和需求拉动,以影响农民或零售商实现销售目标。本职位要求与丰达零售店和大农户建立良好的关系。
• Manage county retailors sales in, consumption, display. Most of Promoter should report back with scan project. 管理县级零售商的进货、消化和店面陈列管理等,绝大部分业务员需要用扫描项目反馈相关数据。
• Implement sales plan and achieve sales target in retailers. 执行零售渠道的销售计划达成销售目标。
• Under the Business Representative/Area Manager guided, conduct new products launch, execute the market campaigns and send back the reports. 在业务代表或小区经理的指引下,执行新产品上市工作,执行市场推广活动,根据要求反馈市场活动数据。
• Convince farmer for trails and implement demand creation with exited solutions. Photograph the trails for demand creation or send to request departments if needed. 说服农户,对已有的作物解决方案进行田间试验。拍下田间试验的效果图,应用于田间推广工作,或提供给相关部门。
• According to Business Representative tailor-made PPT of crops and company products in respective area, present PPT in demand creation. 根据业务代表制作好的负责区域内的作物和公司产品的PPT,在需求拉动中演讲诠释。
• Support Business Representative to conduct farmer meetings to introduce Syngenta solutions. 协助业务代表向农民会介绍公司作物解决方案。
• Fengda retailer management in build up the business relationship and collect Fengda retailers information in respective area. 实施丰达店的客情维护,收集丰达农户信息并上交。
• Maintain the Syngenta Experience Center with regularly updating the decoration. 维护先正达体验中心,定期更新相关的宣传品及陈列。
• Conduct monthly reports as requested. Conduct field intellegence reports to area manager / business represetative on time。完成每月的销售报表。实施田间信息收集汇总,并按月报告给区域经理、业务代表,以汇总给客户市场部。
