职位描述
Responsibilities (职责):

1.Be responsible to organize on-field technical promotional activities.
负责组织现场技术推广活动;

2.Be responsible of delivering specific technical support to key farmers in the area directly and/or along with distributor and independent technicians.
负责直接和/或与经销商和独立技术人员一起向该地区的关键农户提供具体的技术支持;

3.Supports the organization and execution of local commercial initiatives managing demo trials, field days and local promotional activities.
支持组织和执行当地的商业活动,管理演示试验,现场日和当地的促销活动;

4.Collects market information on dealers, retail locations, growers, prices, agronomical technical trends, etc. through Valagro internal CRM on e-Hub.
通过Valagro内部客户关系管理系统e-Hub收集有关经销商、零售地点、种植者、价格、农业技术趋势等方面的市场信息.

5.Others.

Requirements (要求)

1.Major in agronomy or related, interested in popularizing agricultural techniques.
农业相关专业毕业,热衷于农业技术推广;

2.Major in agronomy or related, interested in popularizing agricultural techniques.
有特种肥料/植物营养或者生物防治类相关工作经验者优先;

3.Good communication skills and communication skills.
具有良好的沟通能力和沟通技巧;

4.Willing to travel on business.
能接受一定程度的出差.
