The key responsibilities of the Specialty Agri - Sales Director China

1. The director will be responsible for overall sales and Spec Ag profit results in China 负责农业板块的销售和利润达成
2. He* will manage the salespeople in the various provinces in such a way that they will be strongly motivated and well-informed promoters of the Bion products and able to sell the agreed volumes each year.

3. At the commencement of the job, we expect the Director to have about 4 to 5 salespeople to report into him, but we expect the sales team to expand repandly depending on results, opportunities and recommendations from the director himself在工作初始,我们希望有4到5名销售人员向他汇报,但我们希望销售团队根据总监本人的业绩、机会和建议迅速扩大
4. The Sales director will also be managing the key distributors and making sure that the sales team supports the overall distribution strategy

5. Once enough market insights will be gathered, we expect the director to be able to devise an improved strategy plan for Specialty Agriculture , given all the variables at play and the resources available.

7. Even though the Director's role is mainly oriented at the China market we expect that he may have to travel also from time to time to international destinations for business reviews at the China head office in Guangzhou and in the Netherlands , to meet key staff in the International business and to visit international suppliers /partners in Europe. 尽管总监的角色主要面向中国市场,我们预计他也可能需要不时出差到国际目的地,在广州和荷兰的中国总部进行业务审查,会见国际业务的主要员工,访问欧洲的国际供应商/合作伙伴。

1. An entrepreneurial , sales focused person who has a proven record in sales and/or is already managing a few salespeople and feels now ready to expand his responsibilities to manage a large team and grow into an assistant GM role.

2. A BSc or Master degree in agriculture and/or business

3. Somebody who has probably 5-10 years experience in the relevant market and would be ready for a more senior role in highly entrepreneurial and international company.

4. A candidate who has proven to be loyal, dedicated , resourceful and perseverant
