Position: Product Manager (Plant and Soil Health)

Support strategic planning, product development, product launch, marketing campaign and product lifecycle management to drive the growth and success of biological business in alignment with company's goals and sustainability initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Business Planning:
▪ Develop and execute the strategy and business plan for biological products, including product positioning, pricing, placement, and promotion (4Ps).
▪ Utilize market data collection and analysis to ensure sustainable market growth with accurate product positioning.
▪ Support the integration of SMS plans and go-to-market strategies for key crops and territories to capture market opportunities and achieve 5-year growth plans.
2. Branding & Product Campaigns:
▪ Define product positioning and develop branding tools, ensuring effective marketing communication across online and offline channels.
▪ Build strong brand equity for responsible products through targeted campaigns and resource allocation tailored to crops, territories, and customer/grower segments.
▪ Guide and support commercial teams in executing campaigns, ensuring alignment and delivering measurable results.
3. Product Development:
▪ Collaborate with the CPD team to initiate product development plans and coordinate with key stakeholders to advance projects.
▪ Lead efforts in defining product positioning and market development strategies for new biological products.
▪ Ensure alignment between product development objectives and market needs.
4. Market Analysis & Business Development:
▪ Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics in biologicals.
▪ Develop strategies to capture emerging market opportunities and expand the adoption of biological products.
▪ Build strong relationships with growers, distributors, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
▪ Bachelor’s degree or above in Agronomy, Agriculture, Hoticulture, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
▪ Min. 5 years of sales/technical/marketing working experience in the Agrochemical industry
▪ Strong agronomy technical knowledge
▪ Customer-centric, result-oriented
▪ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
▪ Critical thinking and open minded
▪ Strong understanding of Crop protection and biological products and their applications in modern agriculture, particularly plant and soil health solutions.
▪ Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
▪ Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin.
