职位描述
此岗位需负责北方部分区域的销售,包括河南、河北及山东市场,需根据业务进行负责区域省内出差,常住地为北方区域。
岗位职责:
一、客户管理与拓展:
1、维护现有客户关系,提供专业业务指导,深度挖掘需求并制定个性化服务方案;
2、积极开拓新客户资源,扩大产品销售覆盖,推动与客户建立长期稳定的战略合作。
二、市场调研与竞争分析:
持续收集辖区市场动态、行业趋势及竞品信息,定期输出分析报告,为公司销售策略制定提供数据支撑。
三、市场推广与品牌建设:
制定并落地辖区市场开发计划,策划线上线下联动推广活动,提升产品及品牌的市场影响力。
四、特殊市场事宜:
1、应对市场突发情况(如政策变动、自然灾害、产品争议等),及时与客户沟通并制定应急预案,保障合作稳定;
2、妥善处理客户投诉与纠纷,平衡公司与客户利益,推动双赢解决方案;
3、协同内部技术、法务、供应链等团队,快速响应客户特殊需求,确保业务连续性。
五、产品试验与技术推广:
组织实施重点产品的田间试验,跟踪效果并整理数据,协助技术团队优化产品方案,强化技术落地能力。
六、销售目标达成:
根据公司年度目标,制定辖区销售计划并落地执行,确保业绩指标完成。
任职要求:
一、学历与专业背景
本科及以上学历,植保、园艺、农学、农业资源与环境等农业相关专业优先。
二、工作经验
5年以上销售或相关岗位经验,具备特肥、农药、或农业技术服务销售经验者优先。
三、技能能力
1、具备数据分析和报告撰写能力,擅长从市场信息中提炼关键结论;
2、沟通协调能力突出,可独立解决客户问题;良好的英文读写能力者优先。
四、专业素养
1、热爱农业,具备吃苦耐劳精神,能适应田间工作和频繁出差;
2、诚信正直,责任心强,拥有敏锐的市场洞察力和优秀的客户服务意识;
3、具备团队协作精神,能适应快节奏工作环境。
五、其他要求
1、持有驾驶证(C1及以上),可自驾走访客户;
2、熟悉当地农业种植结构或渠道资源者优先;

薪资待遇:
1.薪资待遇:7000-9000元/月+业绩提成+考核奖金(优秀者年底额外享受 1 个月奖金)

Job Responsibilities:
Customer Management and Expansion
1.Maintain relationships with existing customers, provide professional business guidance, deeply explore their needs, and formulate personalized service plans.
2.Actively develop new customer resources, expand product sales coverage, and promote the establishment of long-term and stable strategic cooperation with customers.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis
Continuously collect market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor information in the jurisdiction, regularly output analysis reports, and provide data support for the company's sales strategy formulation.
Market Promotion and Brand Building
Formulate and implement regional market development plans, design online and offline integrated promotion activities, and enhance the market influence of products and brands.
Special Market Matters
1.Respond to unexpected market situations (such as policy changes, natural disasters, product disputes, etc.), communicate with customers in a timely manner, formulate emergency plans, and ensure stable cooperation.
2.Properly handle customer complaints and disputes, balance the interests of the company and customers, and promote win-win solutions.
3.Collaborate with internal teams (such as technical, legal, supply chain teams, etc.) to quickly respond to customers' special needs and ensure business continuity.
Product Testing and Technical Promotion
Organize and implement field tests of key products, track effects, sort out data, assist the technical team in optimizing product solutions, and strengthen technical implementation capabilities.
Achievement of Sales Targets
Formulate regional sales plans based on the company's annual goals, implement them, and ensure the completion of performance indicators.
Job Requirements:
Education and Professional Background
Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to those majoring in agricultural-related fields such as plant protection, horticulture, agronomy, and agricultural resources and environment.
Work Experience
More than 5 years of experience in sales or related positions, with priority given to those with sales experience in special fertilizers, pesticides, or agricultural technical services.
Skills and Abilities
1.Possess data analysis and report writing skills, and be good at extracting key conclusions from market information.
2.Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to solve customer problems independently; those with good English reading and writing skills are preferred.
Professional Literacy
1.Love agriculture, have the spirit of hard work, and be able to adapt to field work and frequent business trips.
2.Honest and upright, with a strong sense of responsibility, keen market insight, and excellent customer service awareness.
3.Possess team spirit and be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Other Requirements
1.Hold a driver's license (C1 or above) and be able to drive to visit customers.
2.Familiar with local agricultural planting structures or with channel resources are preferred.
3.Resident in Henan
Salary and Benefits:
Remuneration: 7,000-9,000 RMB/month + performance commission + assessment bonus (excellent employees will receive an additional 1-month bonus at the end of the year).
